30-Day Return Guarantee
At LEI ZHOU, your satisfaction is our priority. Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days.

Time Limit: If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging Requirements: The item must be in its original packaging (including all security seals, plastic wrap, and anti-counterfeiting labels).

Exceptions for Hygiene and Health Protection Reasons

Please note that e-cigarettes and vaping accessories are considered sensitive hygiene products:

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 6 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of return expires prematurely if the product seal has been broken after delivery.

Items with damaged seals, opened plastic wrap, or scratched-off anti-counterfeiting codes are non-returnable.

If you receive a defective product (Dead on Arrival), please contact our customer support immediately.

Return Process

Request: Please send an email to bandaodesign@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.

Return: After receiving return authorization, please pack the item securely. Unless the product is defective, the buyer is responsible for the direct costs of return shipping.

Inspection and Refund:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again or contact your payment provider (e.g., PayPal). It can take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
